SHIPPING POLICY
Marmura Design CG provides domestic and international delivery for eligible products.
Because many of our products are large, heavy, fragile or require specialist handling, shipping is quoted individually for each order. Shipping costs depend on the destination, product dimensions, weight, professional packing requirements, access conditions and the type of transport required.
Shipping is not free unless expressly confirmed in writing by Marmura Design CG.
For large products such as marble sculptures, fountains, fireplaces, bathtubs, pavilions and architectural elements, the customer may be asked to request a shipping quotation before the order is dispatched.
Shipping quotations may include, where applicable:
- professional wooden crating and protective packaging;
- road, sea or air freight;
- loading and unloading;
- crane or lifting services;
- customs documentation;
- installation or specialist handling.
Customs duties, import taxes and local charges are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation and may be payable by the customer according to the destination country.
Delivery times are estimated individually after the destination and transport method have been confirmed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for informing us in advance about restricted access, narrow roads, lifting requirements or other special delivery conditions.
Before dispatch, we may contact the customer to confirm the final shipping arrangements.
