Marmura Design CG sells natural-stone, onyx, brass and other sculptural works, including oversized and made-to-order pieces.

Stock items

Where a statutory withdrawal or return right applies, please contact us before arranging any return. Because many works are heavy, fragile or oversized, returns must be coordinated in advance so suitable professional packing and transport can be arranged.

Bespoke and personalised works

For goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, a statutory withdrawal right may not apply where permitted by applicable law. Once production has started, deposits and payments may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and as stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.

Damage or non-conformity

Nothing on this page limits mandatory legal rights for goods that are defective, damaged in transit or not in conformity with the contract. Please notify us promptly and provide photographs of both packaging and item so the situation can be assessed.

For a non-defective return, professional return transport, crating, insurance and handling may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
