TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases made from Marmura Design CG and the use of our online store.

1. Seller information

2. Products
We sell marble, stone, onyx, brass and other decorative or sculptural products, including sculptures, fountains, fireplaces, bathtubs and architectural pieces.

Natural stone and handmade products may show variations in colour, veining, texture, dimensions and finish. These natural or handmade variations are not considered defects.

3. Product availability
Products marked as “Available Now” are subject to final stock confirmation.

Bespoke, customised and commissioned products are produced according to agreed specifications, dimensions, materials and design details.

4. Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable store currency.

Payment may be made through the payment methods available at checkout. For bespoke or commissioned projects, deposits or staged payments may be agreed separately in writing.

Additional costs such as international freight, professional crating, lifting, customs duties, import taxes and installation may be charged separately where applicable.

5. Shipping and delivery
Because many products are large, heavy or fragile, shipping is quoted individually according to destination, dimensions, weight, packing requirements and site access.

A shipping quotation may be required before dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing us about access restrictions, crane requirements or other special site conditions.

6. Returns and withdrawal rights
Eligible standard, non-custom products are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an eligible online purchase.

Custom-made, personalised or specially commissioned products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Damaged or incorrect goods
Customers should inspect delivered products and packaging as soon as reasonably possible.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and provide photographs of the product, packaging and any visible transport damage so that we can assist with the claim.

8. Legal guarantee
Consumers retain all mandatory legal guarantee rights applicable to the sale of goods. For EU consumers, statutory protection for defective or non-conforming goods applies independently of any commercial warranty. 

9. Bespoke commissions
For bespoke projects, the final specifications, materials, dimensions, price, production schedule, payment stages and delivery arrangements may be confirmed separately in writing.

Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs or revised delivery times.

10. Intellectual property
Website content, original photographs, designs, texts and branding belonging to Marmura Design CG may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Marmura Design CG is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs delays, extreme weather or force majeure events.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to customers under applicable EU or national law.
