Marmura Design CG accepts returns for eligible standard, non-custom products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

For consumers in the European Union, eligible standard products purchased online may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back at marmuradesigncg@gmail.com.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original protective packaging.

Because many of our products are large, heavy and fragile works of marble, stone, onyx, brass or other materials, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return transport, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or applicable law provides otherwise. Return freight for monumental or oversized products can be substantial and is calculated individually according to destination, weight, dimensions and handling requirements.

Custom-made, personalised or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return or cancellation where permitted by applicable law. This includes products manufactured or modified according to the customer’s individual specifications.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assist with the transport claim. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Any refund required by applicable consumer law will be issued to the original payment method.

Professional crating, special freight, lifting, installation or other services that have already been provided or incurred may be non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
