Products and natural materials

Natural marble, onyx and other stone are unique materials. Veining, shade and texture vary naturally and form part of the character of the material. Dimensions and weights of handcrafted and monumental works may be approximate unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.

Prices

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. The seller is not registered for VAT; displayed product prices are final product prices. Packaging, freight, insurance, installation, import duties and destination charges are separate unless expressly included in the written quotation or checkout.

Bespoke orders

Custom dimensions, materials, finishes and compositions are confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation. Production begins according to the agreed payment schedule. Changes requested after approval may affect both price and delivery time.

Availability and payment

Pieces marked Available Now remain subject to prior sale until payment or reservation is confirmed. We may accept online card payment, bank transfer or another method agreed in writing. Made-to-order lead times are estimates and can vary with material selection, production complexity and international logistics.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where a separate written quotation or order confirmation applies, it forms part of the contract.
